  • Give leadership a clear view by brand, territory, agreement, and location

No commitment. You'll leave with clarity on fit, integrations, and next steps.

What you get

One workspace. Three engines.

Sales + FBC Workspace

Sales pipeline and FBC workflows, together.

From first lead to signed agreement to active location—your sales team and franchise business consultants work in a shared workspace organized by your franchise tree. No handoff gaps. No duplicated records.

Royalty Automation

Royalty that runs on your schedule, not your spreadsheet.

ZRM pulls reported revenue, applies the correct fee schedule per agreement, and produces royalty outputs automatically. Calculated from structure. Not assembled by hand.

Revenue Integrations

Revenue pulled from where franchisees actually operate.

Connect to the POS, accounting, and payment systems in your network. Revenue flows into ZRM at the brand, territory, and location level—giving every calculation an auditable source.

The problem

Most franchise HQs are running on workarounds.

  • Royalties calculated in spreadsheets, reconciled by hand
  • CRM built for single-entity sales, stretched over franchise structures
  • FBCs logging visits in personal notes or disconnected tools
  • Revenue imported from exports, then manually matched to agreements
  • Leadership pulling numbers from three systems to get one view
  • No audit trail. No single source. No structure underneath.

The ZRM way

One operating system. Organized by your franchise tree.

ZRM structures your entire operation around the hierarchy that actually exists. Every sale, visit, fee, and report inherits that structure—so nothing floats unattached.

  • Every agreement tracked against the right territory and entity
  • Every location in operational context, not a flat list
  • Royalty flows from agreement to entity—automatically

How it works

Four steps from structure to royalty.

01

Model your franchise structure.

Set up your brands, entities, agreements, territories, and locations once. ZRM's franchise tree becomes the organizational backbone everything else runs on—sales, compliance, royalty, and reporting all inherit the same structure.

02

Run your sales and FBC execution.

Manage leads, convert franchisees, track agreements, and log field activity—all in one workspace. Your sales team and FBCs see the same records. No siloed tools. No re-entry.

03

Pull revenue and apply schedules.

ZRM connects to the revenue systems your franchisees already use. Reported revenue flows in at the right level—then ZRM applies the correct fee schedule per agreement to calculate what's owed.

Common questions

Before the demo.

Is ZRM a CRM replacement?

ZRM includes a sales pipeline and lead management workspace—so for many franchise sales teams, yes, it replaces a standalone CRM. But the more accurate framing is this: ZRM is purpose-built for franchise headquarters, where the organizational unit isn't a contact or a company, it's a brand, entity, agreement, territory, and location. Generic CRMs require significant workarounds to model that structure. ZRM is built around it.

How do you calculate royalties?

Royalty in ZRM is calculated from structure, not assembled by hand. Each franchisee agreement carries the applicable fee schedule—percentage, flat fee, tiered, or hybrid. When revenue flows in from connected systems, ZRM applies the correct schedule for that agreement and produces the royalty output. The full chain—revenue source → agreement → fee schedule → royalty calculated—is logged and auditable.

What revenue systems do you integrate with?

ZRM integrates with the POS platforms, accounting systems, and payment processors your franchisees already use—including Square, Toast, QuickBooks, Stripe, Lightspeed, Sage Intacct, and others common in franchise networks. Because networks run heterogeneous stacks, we confirm your specific integration list during discovery and walk through it in the demo.

Can we support multiple brands?

Yes. ZRM's franchise tree is designed for multi-brand operations. Each brand sits at the top of its own tree, with independent entity, agreement, territory, and location structures below. Royalty schedules, FBC assignments, and reporting are segmented by brand. For groups managing multiple franchisors under a parent entity, ZRM handles the full structure without requiring separate instances or workarounds.
